Each participant will be required to sign
a Release of Liability before being allowed to participate
in any of our trips. This document releases
Maine Path & Paddle Guides & Outfitters Inc. from liability in
the case of accident or injury. Please open our liability release
form to review the terms. You can print out copy and bring it with
you or fill it out upon your arrival.
Deposits are 90% refundable up to 60 days
prior to your trip. We reserve the right to cancel any trip
prior to April 15, with 100% return of deposit.
If an unforeseen circumstance causes you
to cancel your trip, rescheduling may be an option. Rescheduling
can be in the
same calendar year if the
time is available, or it can be arranged for a future date. (Credit
Card Payment Note: All Trips must be taken when
scheduled or deposit is non-refundable. Deposits for cancelled trips
may not be applied to future trips.)
Activities will not be cancelled by rain,
fog, or chilly weather. The exception to this would be rock
climbing, which could be cancelable in
rain. Activities may be cancelled by thunderstorms or severe winds. Maine

We encourage small groups and families
to join us for trips. Discounts available. Custom trip lengths
and itineraries can be arranged. Upgraded
sleeping arrangements, such as overnights at Bed & Breakfasts, may
be available with additional charges. If certain Maine Multisport activities
are more appealing to your party than others, an adventure could be designed
to match your primary interests. Please contact
us for additional information.
To assure that everyone gets the most out of their adventure
vacation with MPPG, we encourage all members of your party to
review both our menus and gear page.
